Karusselli:
to your use a 31.5 m2 bed-sitting-room flat in a new block of flats which was completed in 2004. The flat is completely furnished and equipped with electronic devices. The flat has a balcony with a view over the sea.
Pikk:
An elegant one-room apartment of 34 square meters at the De Lange commercial building in the centre of Parnu. The flat is completely furnished and equipped with electronic devices. The flat has a balcony with a view over the city.

Bear in Mind


1. Booking and payment

The booking gets binding on both parties on the day the booking is made. 30% of the payment is due seven days after the booking, and the customer will get the confirmation in writing. The rest of the payment is due four weeks before the stay begins, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancelling

You must always inform Pierrot Oy if you cancel the booking for some reason. Pierrot Oy charges a 20-euro commission per cancellation.

3. Persons per flat

The number of persons staying in the flat is confirmed when the booking is made. No extra persons are allowed in the flat. If more persons have stayed in the flat, Pierrot Oy is entitled to the payment covering their stay plus any other expenses caused by it.

4. The stay in the flat

The customer can use the flat including all the equipment according to the contract made when booking it. The customer takes care of the cleaning of the flat during the stay. The flat is available at 4 pm on the first day of the stay for the customer to arrive, and he will have to leave it by noon on the last day of the stay, unless otherwise agreed. No domestic animals in the flat. Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

5a. Damages caused during the stay

The customer is bound to cover the expenses if the flat or the furniture or the equipment gets damaged during the stay in the flat.

5b. Complaints and repayments

If the customer is not satisfied with the flat, he will have to get in touch with the contact person in Pärnu during the stay to effect an improvement as soon as possible.
